REFUND POLICY

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Specific health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please refrain from returning items directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Books with evident signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them, and they will be informed about the return.


Shipping Returns

To return an item, send it to: {physical address}.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will have return shipping fees deducted, if applicable.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
